Guilt causes pain, anger and resistance, so when you feel these things, ask yourself what you feel guilty about, and stop.
What pain are you associating with your success? Once you discover this, think of the pain that not achieving your goals will cause you. Chances are, not achieving your goals will bring far greater pain than achieving them.
One of ego’s primary goals is to avoid pain, so once your ego understands that not acting will bring more pain than taking action, it will gracefully move out of your way and will actually help you in your efforts.
