When your heart rate and breathing are elevated, you are presented with the perfect opportunity to still your mind and relax your body. The endorphins that are naturally produced during physical activity make it that much easier for you to achieve bliss during these times, and the endorphins continue to release for many hours after exercise. During exercise, the rythmic pounding of your heart and deep breathing can help to hypnotize you into a relaxed state beyond Time.

If noise is an issue, it is alright to practice making your mind still while music is playing. Music evokes emotion, including relaxation, and the right music will help block out the world for a moment. Music can be the vibrational overtone that puts our bodies in a harmonious state, and helps us to still our mind.
