Define what you want and imagine yourself in your fantasy life, in as many ways as possible.
This will align your bodies toward a common goal, which solves half the problem.
The remaining necessity is action. You must take physical action that brings you closer to your goal.
As moments pass with everything you do, ask yourself if your time and action in that moment are bringing you closer to your goal. If not, what must you change in order to be able to work toward your goal?
